In short
Ageing, family responsibilities, being the primary earner, and navigating circumstances beyond their control can gradually pull people away from their core essence. Life can begin to feel as though it is running on autopilot, leaving little space for joy, presence, or self-connection.
This workshop is for those who are ready to show up for themselves again. It offers a safe and compassionate environment where participants can pause, reflect, and reconnect with their natural sense of joy, openness, and self-acceptance.
Built on four pillars — connection, expression, release, and healing — Heartfullness supports participants in gently returning to themselves with greater awareness, ease, and inner balance.
What to expect
- Guided reflection and emotional exploration
- A non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere
- Space to reconnect with yourself and others
- A gentle experience focused on presence, ease, and inner wellbeing
Why this exists
From Pooja
A day full of being with your own heart. Everything we do is centred around connection with self and befriending the mind from a space which feels safe.
You enter a room full of strangers and go with connection full of love. These are those people who are ready to let go of what is heavy with a bit of guidance, and assist others on this journey as they do it for self.
All of this happens with real emotions, love, joy and loads of smiles and laughter.
— Pooja Grover
This is for you if
- Life feels like it is running on autopilot, with little space for joy or presence.
- Ageing, family responsibility or being the primary earner has slowly pulled you away from yourself.
- Emotions became heavy, the noise inside became loud, and you became silent about saying it out.
- You are ready to show up for yourself again — with guidance, in a room that feels safe.
Why a room of strangers works
Fear of judgement, loneliness — or something else — is usually what keeps things unsaid. Heartfullness creates a safe space which makes you return to your joyful self, filled with love to live life again with a smile. There is no history in the room, so there is nothing to protect.
How it works
The four pillars of the day
Nothing is left to guesswork — you know exactly what each part of the program looks like before you pay.
-
Pillar 1
Connection
With yourself first, and then with a room of people who arrived carrying the same weight.
-
Pillar 2
Expression
Saying out loud what has stayed unsaid — at your own pace, never on the spot.
-
Pillar 3
Release
Putting down what has been carried for years, gently and with guidance.
-
Pillar 4
Healing
Therapeutic sessions that bring the day to a real closure, not just an ending.

In their words
Messages from people who did this
Before joining the Heartfulness workshop, I had been carrying so much within me that I had never really spoken out loud. Between responsibilities, emotional pressure, and the constant need to keep going, I had become disconnected from myself. This workshop gave me a space where I did not feel judged, rushed, or expected to be anything other than who I was in that moment. It helped me slow down, open up gently, and reconnect with a part of myself that had been silent for a long time. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace within.
Participant message
Heartfulness felt like a sacred pause in the middle of a life that had become too loud, too fast, and too heavy. In that space, I was able to meet myself again — not through effort, but through honesty, softness, and presence. It reminded me that beneath all the roles and responsibilities, there is still a joyful, loving self waiting to be felt. There was a quiet power in the way this workshop was held. It allowed me to let go of what I had been protecting and return to myself without fear of judgment. That in itself was transformative. I came away with a deeper sense of peace.
